Who we are

Get Me Overseas (getmeoverseas.com) is operated by 47 Cloud. We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name (if you give one), and a hashed password or the sign-in provider you used (Google or Apple).
• Move details: your questionnaire answers (dates, household, visa situation, pets, property, finances at a general level) and the plans generated from them.
• Tracker data: task notes, checklists and any files you upload to your tracker (for example visa or pet documents).
• Payment data: purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and amount, not your card details.
• Reviews and supplier suggestions you submit to the marketplace.

How we use it

• To generate, store and display your plans and tracker (performance of our contract with you).
• To send sign-in links, password resets and, if you opt in, task reminders.
• To process payments and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Anthropic — your questionnaire answers are sent to Claude to write your plan.
• Voyage AI — profile-derived search text is used to retrieve relevant knowledge-base content.
• Stripe — payments.
• Amazon SES — transactional email.
• DigitalOcean — hosting and file storage (London region).

Some of these providers process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

Shared plan links

If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the plan and the move details it was built from, until you revoke the link from the plan page.

Your rights

You can download all of your data and delete your account from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your plans, trackers and uploaded files. You also have the right to access, correct or object to our use of your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Payment records may be kept for as long as tax law requires.
