Terms of Service

Not professional advice

Get Me Overseas produces indicative planning timelines using an AI model and a knowledge base we maintain. It is not immigration, legal, tax, financial or veterinary advice, and we are not registered migration agents. Visa rules, fees, processing times, pet import requirements and tax rules change often. Verify every regulatory item against the official source (for example the Department of Home Affairs, DAFF, HMRC or the Australian Taxation Office) before acting, and use a registered professional for decisions that matter. Plans can contain mistakes.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.

Pricing

Your first plan is free. Full Access is a one-off payment (currently £29) that unlocks additional plans, unlimited edits, the active tracker, file uploads and reminders. Extra storage is sold separately. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because Full Access is digital content that is available immediately, your statutory right to cancel ends once you start using it; if something isn't working, contact us and we will help.

Marketplace

Suppliers listed in the marketplace are independent third parties. A listing or "Curated" label is not a guarantee of quality or an endorsement. Reviews are the opinions of their authors. Any contract is between you and the supplier.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass usage limits, uploading unlawful or harmful files, or posting false reviews.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using a plan, including missed deadlines, visa refusals, fees or costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
